From Sourcing Opportunity to Verified Transaction

Aureus Africa approaches physical-gold opportunities through counterparty review, source information, product verification, documented commercial terms and destination-aware transaction planning. This page explains the controls we expect—not unsupported claims about mines or capacity.

How Aureus Africa Approaches the Supply Chain

Our role is to help qualified parties structure informed, verifiable discussions around African physical-gold opportunities. The scope of work must be agreed for each case.

01

Opportunity Intake

We record the proposed source, seller, product, quantity, purity, location, buyer destination and expected timetable.

02

Counterparty Screening

Identity, company information, authority, beneficial ownership and relevant risk indicators should be reviewed before significant commitments.

03

Source Review

Available origin, ownership and supply-chain information is examined. Gaps or inconsistencies must be raised rather than hidden.

04

Physical Verification

The parties agree how the specific material, weight, sampling and independent purity testing will be handled.

05

Commercial Structuring

Pricing reference, costs, responsibilities, payment milestones and conditions are placed into clear written terms.

06

Logistics Planning

Export, import, carrier, insurance, packaging, chain-of-custody and customs considerations are reviewed for the actual route.

Operational Controls

Verification Before Commercial Confidence

Photographs, videos and certificates can support an initial discussion, but they are not substitutes for verifying the relevant parties and the specific material involved in a transaction.

Confirm the identity and transaction authority of each counterparty.
Match available source information to the material being offered.
Record sampling, weighing and assay procedures before testing begins.
Use an appropriate independent laboratory or refinery where required.
Base final settlement on agreed verified results and written terms.
Project Evaluation

What Makes an Opportunity Ready for Review

A project or supply proposal should arrive with enough reliable information to be evaluated professionally. Aureus Africa does not present unverified third-party opportunities as company-owned projects.

Ownership & Authority

Identify the licence or property holder, operator, seller and each party authorized to negotiate or transact.

Location & Source

Describe the jurisdiction, operating location and declared origin of material with records appropriate to the stage of the opportunity.

Technical Information

Provide available geology, production, processing, sampling, assay or inventory information without overstating what it proves.

Commercial Proposal

State the requested relationship, product, quantity, timetable, funding need, pricing basis and expected responsibilities.

Mine & Supplier Relationships

A Partnership Model With Clear Boundaries

Aureus Africa may discuss opportunities involving suppliers, mining partners, service providers and buyers. Each relationship requires its own verification, responsibilities and written agreement.

A sourcing relationship does not automatically mean mine ownership or operational control.
Third-party production or capacity should not be attributed to Aureus Africa without documentary support.
Local operators remain responsible for applicable mining, labour, environmental and community obligations.
Buyers and financiers should conduct their own legal, technical, financial and responsible-sourcing review.
Only finalized written agreements establish the parties’ actual commercial responsibilities.
Operational Evidence

Evidence Published Only When Available

Verified office, assay, site or shipment images can be added through the administrative settings. We intentionally do not use unrelated stock photographs as proof of projects or operating capacity.
